We don't provide pricing on our website - here are the
two main reasons why:
1. We have a network of private-label resellers, who resell our services
under their own brand, with their own pricing. For more

2. We recognize that all organizations are different and as such, each
requires a tailored solution with a unique quote. While many providers package a
mailbox with fixed features at a fixed price, we try to consider all the options
available to you with the goal of blending your costs down. In many cases we are
less expensive than some of the 'packaged' vendors. Some examples of what we
consider:

| Storage |
How much space does your
entire organization need? Not individually, but a collective
total. Some may need a 2+ GB mailbox but others don't. We
provide you with the disk space your organization needs. |
| Mobility |
Does everyone require
mobility, or just a select few? Do you have a mix of different
mobility devices? Do they need an extra level of redundancy (our
replicated offering). |
| Access Required |
Some employees work in the
office, require a copy of Outlook and the full feature set of
Exchange. Others are 'deskless' workers or very occasional
users. We offer a range of plans, and pricing, to address this
diversity. |
| Frequency of Use |
Do you have a large
enterprise of users who only occasionally use messaging and
email? We can work with you to develop a solution that is
architected to be cost-effective with that in mind. |
| Archiving and Compliance |
Do you have archiving
requirements? Archiving is another way of managing mailbox sizes
and may impact your overall need for diskspace. Archiving is
also available on a per-user basis. |
| Redundancy / Replication |
Ceryx offers a fully
replicated solution providing high availability (100%) and
disaster recovery. This premium service is available on a
per-user basis. |
| Support |
Do you require 'named
caller' support for a select administrator or do you require
end-user support for your entire organization? |
| Other services |
IM, CRM, SharePoint,
custom features, 3rd party integration, data migration - we
explore all the options to be sure you have perfect visibility
into your hosted messaging strategy. |
